Antigonight is an exciting, participatory, outdoor arts festival in Antigonish. Every fall for the past 15 years, Antigonight has been a landmark event in bringing innovative visual and performing artists to the centre of Antigonish to create the largest arts festival in Northeastern Nova Scotia.
In a rapidly changing culture, Antigonight is dedicated to creating an excellent, free and accessible program for our 16th festival in the fall of 2026! The art world is changing in many ways, and we are committed to evolve with it. This year, we’re exploring a more dynamic and interdisciplinary format with workshops, artist talks and community gatherings.
Our team is excited to be conducting a community-needs assessment and taking stock of what the residents of Antigonish town and county feel is important for the arts community to address together, so we can build programming that represents the public’s interests.
